These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 998bet ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online sports betting and casino platform accessible at https://998bet.lat ("the Platform"). By creating an account, depositing funds, or placing any bet on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and close your account. 998bet reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the individual registered account created by a Player to access and use the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account, comprising deposited funds, winnings, and any applicable bonus credits.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any stake placed by a Player on a sporting event, casino game, or any other product offered on the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded to a Player subject to wagering requirements and promotional terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required under our compliance obligations.
• "MYR" or "RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the default operating currency of the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus must be staked before it converts to withdrawable cash.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which the provision of or participation in online gambling services is unlawful.
• "Void Bet" means a wager declared invalid and returned to the Player's balance due to a qualifying event (e.g., match cancellation, technical error).

To register and maintain an Account with 998bet, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 998bet strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 and will request documentary proof of age before processing any withdrawal request.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Registering on behalf of a corporate entity, trust, or another individual is not permitted.
• You must not be a resident of or located within a Prohibited Jurisdiction at the time you access the Platform.
• You must not be a current or former employee, officer, director, or contractor of 998bet or any of its affiliated entities, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, either voluntarily applied through 998bet or through any applicable regulatory authority.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws of your jurisdiction.

998bet reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account restriction or closure.

Each Player is permitted to hold one Account only. The registration of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.

4.1 Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You must promptly update your Account information if any details change. 998bet accepts no liability for losses arising from the provision of inaccurate registration data.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 998bet will never request your password through any channel. Any activity conducted under your Account credentials is deemed authorised by you. Should you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify our support team immediately.

4.3 KYC Verification

As part of our anti-money laundering ("AML") and regulatory compliance obligations, all Players are required to complete identity verification before processing their first withdrawal. Required documents typically include a valid government-issued photo identification (Malaysian MyKad, Driver's License, or Passport) and proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the past three months). Verification is typically completed within 24 to 48 hours of document submission.

5.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is RM50. Deposits may be made via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, RHB Bank, and selected cryptocurrency channels (USDT and BTC). Deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). You may only deposit funds from payment instruments registered in your own name.

5.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. All withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification and compliance with any applicable wagering requirements. Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically feasible. Processing times are as follows:

Processing times represent estimates during normal operating conditions and may vary during peak periods. 998bet is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or cryptocurrency network congestion.

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering

998bet operates in strict accordance with applicable AML frameworks. Deposits made to the Platform must represent legitimately sourced funds. We reserve the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large or unusual transactions. Funds suspected of originating from criminal activity will be reported to the relevant authorities and the associated Account will be immediately suspended.

998bet offers various promotional bonuses including, but not limited to, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback rewards, and refer-a-friend incentives. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer and the general provisions set out in this clause.

• Bonuses are credited to your Account as Bonus Funds and are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before conversion to withdrawable cash. Specific wagering multiples are disclosed in individual promotion terms.
• Bonus Funds may only be used on eligible games or markets as specified in the relevant promotion. Using Bonus Funds on excluded games will not contribute to the wagering requirement.
• A Player may only claim each promotion once unless explicitly stated otherwise. Using duplicate accounts, fictitious identities, or coordinated wagering strategies to circumvent bonus terms constitutes bonus abuse.
• 998bet reserves the right to withhold, reverse, or cancel bonus credits where abuse is reasonably suspected, and to take further action including Account closure and forfeiture of associated funds.
• Bonuses have expiry periods. Bonus Funds and any associated winnings not used before expiry will be removed from the Account without further notice.
• 998bet reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

All bets placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, event, or casino game, as published by 998bet. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules shall prevail in relation to that wager.

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are accepted subject to 998bet's absolute discretion. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet prior to settlement without providing a reason.
• Odds Changes: For in-play and pre-match markets, odds are subject to change prior to confirmation. Where odds change materially after a bet has been placed, the bet shall be settled at the odds displayed at the time of placement confirmation.
• Void Bets: A bet may be declared void where the relevant event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned without a result being determined, or where a manifest pricing error has occurred. Void bets are returned to the Player's real-money balance.
• Palpable Errors: 998bet reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that are obviously erroneous (commonly referred to as "palpable errors" or "manifest errors"), regardless of whether the wager has been confirmed.
• Maximum Winnings: Maximum payout limits may apply per event, per market, and per day. Current limits are published in the Platform's betting rules section and may be updated periodically.
• Live Betting: All in-play bets are accepted subject to the outcome of any pending official decision (e.g., VAR review, adjudication). Any bet placed after the relevant event outcome has been determined will be void.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account or providing false identity information during registration.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or any activity that may facilitate criminal conduct.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human means to interact with the Platform, including for the purpose of placing bets.
• Colluding with other Players, employees, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in casino games or sports markets.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or miscalculations to place bets at incorrect odds or gain an unintended advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation may be void and withheld.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, matched betting, or any systematic wagering strategy designed to circumvent risk at the expense of the Platform, where such strategies constitute abuse.
• Attempting to access, modify, or interfere with the Platform's systems, servers, source code, or data.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, harassing, or discriminatory communication with Platform staff or other Players through any channel.

998bet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any supplementary terms applicable to a specific product or promotion.
• Failure to satisfactorily complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, criminal, or prohibited conduct as described in Clause 8.
• Reasonable suspicion that the Account is being operated by a person under the age of 21.
• A Player's voluntary request for self-exclusion under our Responsible Gambling Policy.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, 998bet reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where no breach is found, remaining real-money balances (excluding Bonus Funds) will be returned to the Player via their registered withdrawal method following satisfactory verification.

998bet is committed to promoting responsible gambling and minimising the risk of gambling-related harm. We provide a range of player-protection tools, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible through your Account settings.

Players who choose to self-exclude may not register a new Account or attempt to circumvent the exclusion in any way during the exclusion period. Doing so constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in permanent Platform exclusion.

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, game software, and the overall compilation of such content, is the exclusive property of 998bet or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform without the express prior written consent of 998bet.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 998bet shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer damage arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform.

998bet does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We reserve the right to interrupt, suspend, or terminate services — including during scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or extraordinary events — without liability to Players.

In any event, 998bet's total liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

998bet reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, we will use reasonable endeavours to notify registered Players via email or a prominent Platform notice prior to the changes taking effect. The date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision.

Continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease use of the Platform and request Account closure. Pending bets placed prior to the effective date of any amendment shall be settled under the Terms in force at the time of placement.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 998bet holds its operating licence. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitral bodies of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory provisions of local law.
